  • Take a bath everyday.
Taking a daily bath will help relieve the tension and strain that is placed on the affected area. Fill a bath full of warm water and relax in it for about 15 – 25 minutes every day. Naturally, you can do this as often as you would like, and it has proven to be one of the best ways to instantly provide relief from the symptoms as well as fight to cure the hemroids.
  • Engage in a bit of light exercise.
Try walking around the block for a few minutes a couple of times a week. A little bit of exercise can go far to treat hemroids.
  • Sleep on your left side.
Not only is this great for hemroids, as it takes all of the pressure off the affected area during your sleep, it has also been proven to be great for your baby.
